Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at service@heroger.com. Generally, we ship orders within 1-5 business days. If you apply to cancel before the order is shipped, we will provide a full refund with no questions asked.

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation. We will attempt to intercept the package with the logistics carrier, but success is not guaranteed. If interception fails, the order cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our Return Policy upon receipt.

Custom & Special Orders

Please note that custom-made items or special pre-orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please check specific product pages for details.
